When we consult with you about your hair, we want to know everything. From your ideal goal and your colour history, to the shampoo you are using and even the home you live in. So many of these factors have answers that may or may not effect the type of products we are able to use on your hair or the process in which we carry out the correction. No two clients EVER have the same hair history, lifestyle or home care routine so it is SO important during the consultation process to be honest and upfront to get the best results for your hair. we pride ourselves in our own honesty during consultations and will en-devour to always be truthful in regards to the process ahead and reaching your goal.

Depending on your consultation you may need to change the way you look after your hair in the weeks leading up to your appointment. Some supermarket products or old/rural piping leave buildup in the hair requiring a deep cleansing before your booking (to avoid chemical reactions) whilst hair that is already compromised or damaged may need special repairing treatments in the lead up to your booking (to avoid further damage) if you need to complete one of these then you will be told during your consultation.

Our corrective quotes are based on the TIME it will take to do your hair per session. The amount of time your hair will take to get to your goal depends on all the factors discussed in your consultation including: colour history, home care, current health, goal colour. Estimates for time are based ONLY on our previous experience with similar scenarios, because every clients hair has its own past history and corrections can be unpredictable.

The length of appointment time you book for your correction appointment is completely up to you. Whether it be a financial concern and needing shorter spaced out appointments, or wearability concerns where you may not want to deal with the different shades of hair colour between visits, we have you covered with a variety of appointment booking options and payment options such as afterpay and zippay in salon. 

We are well known for our half and full day sittings that transform clients  95%-100% to their goal colour in one go, these come at a higher price initially but are actually lower in cost compared to several consecutive spaced out appointments.

So which is better for the hair? Honestly all corrective services come with a risk of damage, if you go slow over time or in one hit the hair is still undergoing the same process. We have amazing tools in salon such as fiberfix and cureplex, plus our amazing K18 that ensure you get minimal damage throughout your service no matter which one you choose.

This is JUST as important as the service itself, you MUST be prepared to look after you hair with the right products, and listen to our advice regarding aftercare to maintain your colour.  Hours of intense colourwork and care can literally be undone within 24hours if you do not follow the aftercare advice.Whats more is we spend so much time and effort giving you your dream hair, we don't want you do ruin all our hard work!
